8 Week Mindfulness Course: Finding Peace in a Frantic World

Drop in sessions: Dropping into Mindfulness

Dropping into Mindfulness in Islington and start the weekend with clarity. Come along and drop into Mindfulness with us every Saturday 1.30 – 3.00pm
at The Wilson Room, St Mary’s Islington Crypt, just £10 or £8 for concessions. No need to book. All welcome. More info.
