Please read these terms carefully before you submit any booking with us. By submitting a Booking Form, you are signifying your agreement to and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions as amended and updated from time to time.
Your registration
- This workshop/ course is only suitable for those aged 18 years and over.
- The information that you disclose in the online course in the presence of the other participants is at your discretion.
- Please let me know if there is any information about you that I should take in to account when considering your application but that you would prefer to speak to me about in person.
Your safety and comfort
- When attending the online workshop or course, you agree to take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing and to work within your physical and emotional limitations.
- Mindfulness is not an alternative to taking prescription medicine provided by your General Practitioner, Hospital Consultant or Medical Adviser. It is not suitable for people who are very distressed, in crisis, or those in the acute phase of any medical or psychiatric illness. If any of these things apply to you, please do not register for the online class.
- Please be aware that The Breathing Space Mindfulness sessions for Grief are suitable for those who have been bereaved at least 12 months.
- Please be aware that if there are concerns about your suitability you may be declined a place.
- I have professional indemnity insurance for my mindfulness and therapeutic work.
- Any information disclosed in person to me will remain confidential.
Code of Conduct
In order to create a relaxed and comfortable environment for all participants, we ask that you comply with the code of conduct below:
- Training will start on time and people must arrive before the event is due to start.
- It is important that participants have a stable internet connection. Mindfulness for Everyday Living is not responsible for any technical difficulties encountered by participants during a workshop or course.
- Please read the Zoom guidelines before courses or workshops start.
Fees and payment
- Payment can be made using PayPal or an online bank transfer and payment in full will be requested once you have submitted the online application form
Cancellations and refunds
- Should you be declined a place on the course you will receive a refund in full at that point.
- There are no refunds once the course has begun.
Intellectual Property
Mindfulness for Everyday Living reserves the right to all intellectual property in relation to this website and the services provided. Use of the services does not give the user any ownership in the services, its content or any trademark , logo or artwork used on the website.
